UPS Belfast Centre is inviting applications for a Centre Clerk to deliver exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on resolving inquiries, coordinating with drivers and internal teams, and maintaining efficient reception and administration tasks.

You will handle calls, greet customers, and perform a range of clerical duties using UPS systems. This permanent position offers stable hours, full training, and progression opportunities within a global

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Windows applications.
• An excellent telephone manner.
• The ability to work well under pressure, often to strict deadlines.
• The flexibility to cope with changing duties and priorities – often at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Field customer concerns and queries.
• Liaise with customers, drivers and internal departments to resolve any issues.
• Take phone calls and provide a friendly welcome to customers on reception.
• Take on a range of general admin duties using various UPS systems.
• 40 hours p/w Monday to Friday 7.00am to 4.00pm.
