Job summary

UPS Belfast Centre Clerk position at UPS Belfast Centre seeks a capable customer service professional to handle inquiries, liaise with customers and drivers, and support reception and admin tasks across UPS systems.

You will be the welcoming face on reception, resolve issues, and contribute to a smooth daily operation. The role runs 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with training and internal progression opportunities.

What you’ll do

• Field customer concerns and queries

• Take on a range of general admin duties using various UPS systems
• 40 hours p/w Monday to Friday 7.00am to 4.00pm
