UWE Bristol is seeking a dedicated individual for a full-time role at their Frenchay campus. The position involves providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the smooth operation of facilities, and enforcing safety regulations. About this role
Provide the smooth operation of the centre, its facilities, activity programmes, and administrative support to UWE Bristol Sport programs and the operations department at UWE Bristol Sport.
Deliver a professional and customer-focused service to all students, staff, and visitors, making them feel welcomed and valued. Ensure their first interaction at UWE Bristol Sport is positive by supporting the setup and takedown of equipment, supervising, and controlling customer use of facilities.
Enforce Health & Safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
Three part-time roles are available, based at The Centre Reception, with hours and shifts specified in the website advert. Candidates should be available to work extra hours as required.

Interviews will be held at our Frenchay Campus. Shortlisting is expected within two weeks of the closing date, with at least one week's notice given for interviews.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 35.5 hours per week, not available on a job share basis.
UWE Bristol is campus-based; this role requires working on campus to support our vibrant learning environment.
An enhanced DBS clearance is required.

Salary ranges from £23,144 to £26,038 per annum, pro-rata based on hours worked (Grade C).
