Provide the smooth operation of the centre, its facilities, activity programmes as well as administrative support to UWE Bristol Sport programs and the operations department at UWE Bristol Sport.
Deliver a professional and customer-focused service to all students, staff, and visitors, making them feel welcomed and valued, ensuring that their first interaction at UWE Bristol Sport is positive. This includes supporting setup and takedown of equipment, supervision, and control of customers using the facilities.
Enforcement of Health & Safety regulations and normal operating procedures is also required.
Three part-time roles are available, based at the Centre Reception, with hours as outlined below. Flexibility to work additional hours as needed is expected.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with an interest in sport who enjoy working in a customer-facing environment. Effective communication skills with diverse groups, initiative, understanding of equal opportunities, and a positive attitude are essential.
