Job summary

Trinity Estates is seeking a people‑focused Property Manager to take ownership of a varied portfolio of 24 residential developments across the Central region, with home-based work and regular travel to sites in Birmingham, Northampton, Coventry, Leicester, Banbury and Worcester.

You will coordinate maintenance, safety checks and compliance, manage budgets and service charges, and act as the main contact for residents, clients and contractors, delivering a professional, proactive service backed

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a mixed residential portfolio and liaison with residents, clients and contractors.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise across multiple sites.
• Proactive maintenance planning and budgeting experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities
