Screwfix Direct Ltd in Yeovil is seeking an experienced Central Operations Project Manager on a 9-month fixed term contract to start in November. You will manage projects across our stores and Customer Service Centre, guiding ideas through to implementation with careful planning and risk management.

You will collaborate with teams across the business, turning ideas into practical plans, keeping momentum when priorities shift, and sharing best practices to improve delivery.

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Operational Change team at Screwfix.

You’ll be responsible for managing projects across our stores and Customer Service Centre, helping to bring new initiatives, technology and ways of working to life. From the initial idea through to implementation, you’ll make sure projects are well planned, risks are managed and changes deliver the right outcomes for the business and our customers.

Working with teams across the business, you’ll bring people together, turn ideas into practical plans and keep things moving, even when priorities change. You’ll also play an important role in sharing best practice and finding ways to make project delivery even better.

If you enjoy taking ownership, solving problems and seeing projects through to completion, this could be a great opportunity to make an impact.

This is a 9 month fixed term contract to start in November.
