WPS are looking for an experienced Foot Mobile Engineer to join our team, supporting the Landmark contract across Central London.

You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of Landmark commercial properties and perform basic mechanical, electrical and fabric maintenance with a focus on customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance or mobile engineering role.
• Background in commercial buildings / facilities management.
• City and Guilds Level 3 for electrical installations and 18th edition.
• Comfortable working on a foot-mobile basis across Central London.
• Good communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of Landmark commercial properties.
• Undertaking basic mechanical, electrical and fabric maintenance.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults to minimise downtime.
• Completing works to SLA/KPI standards.
• Recording works via CAFM/mobile systems.
• Delivering excellent client and customer service at all times.
• Working safely and in compliance with H&S requirements.
