Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions seeks a Foot Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer to join our London engineering team, supporting a portfolio of commercial sites across the city. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding and compliance checks on electrical and building services.

The role suits an experienced engineer with hands-on electrical maintenance experience in offices, facilities management, data centres or multi-site mobile maintenance.

Qualifications

• Strong fault-finding skills and the ability to work safely under pressure during reactive callouts.
• Ability to read technical drawings, follow operating procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Full UK driving licence or the ability to travel easily between London client sites.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, fault finding, minor works and compliance checks across electrical and building services.
• Monitor plant performance and environmental conditions, identifying risks before they impact operations.
• Complete site surveys and prepare work requests, method statements and risk assessments for planned tasks.
• Maintain accurate service records, incident reports and maintenance documentation.
• Escalate critical issues promptly and work with the Technical Services Manager to resolve root causes.
• Deliver a professional, customer-focused service and communicate clearly with clients, contractors and internal teams.
• Be available for standby, overtime and callout support when required.
