Recruitment Solutions (NW) Ltd is partnering to recruit a Head of Processing – Central Finance for our client in Manchester. You will drive strategy and lead a large Processing/Billings team from the Central Finance function, visible to Stakeholders and the Senior Leadership Team.

The role is initially office-based with the potential for hybrid working. You will demonstrate senior-level influence, change management and a track record of delivering process improvements across Processing and

Qualifications

• Proven experience of the management of a large Processing / Billings Team.
• Proven track record at a Senior Management Level.
• Impact across Change Management and Process Improvements.

Responsibilities

• Set and deliver strategy for Central Finance Operations.
• Lead by example and lift up current processes to improve efficiency.
• Influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Oversee regional consistency while maintaining UK-wide accountability.
• Initial 100% office based; hybrid working to be offered later across the business.
