Job summary

Recruitment Solutions are partnering with our Client to recruit a Head of Processing – Central Finance, a senior appointment reporting to an Operations Director and leading the Central Finance Processing function.

Based at the Manchester Head Office, the role will oversee operations across the UK and deliver strategy; initial 100% office‑based work with later hybrid arrangements. Salary up to £80,000 plus a bonus, life cover, private medical schemes and a company pension are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of the management of a large Processing / Billings Team.
• Proven track record at a Senior Management Level.
• Examples of impact across Change Management and Process Improvements.
• Experience of motivating / growing and developing Teams.
• Project experience ideally across Processing and / or Automation.

Responsibilities

• You will lead the Processing – Central Finance function and set strategy.
• You will influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve right outcomes.
• The role initially is office-based with 100% visibility and accountability.
• Hybrid working will be offered across the business after initial period.
• Oversee operations across UK Regions and drive performance improvements.
