Job summary

RSM UK is seeking a Finance Operations Lead to provide strategic leadership for a client-centric, digitally enabled Finance Shared Services function. The role can be based in London or Preston with travel between locations.

You will shape and execute the FSS strategy, deliver premium service, and drive improvements across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Payments while ensuring governance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Finance Shared Services and delivering client-centric, digitally enabled finance operations.
• Strong governance, risk management and process improvement skills.
• Ability to balance speed, quality and collaboration across a large organisation.
