Connells Group is seeking a CeMAP-qualified Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our Braintree branch on a fixed-term contract. You will receive industry-leading training, dedicated support, and high-quality leads to accelerate your career in mortgage and protection advice.

You’ll build strong relationships, deliver excellent customer service, and develop advisory skills through coaching and training while working toward clear performance targets.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is required.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Ambitious, motivated and eager to develop a career in financial services.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
