Job summary

Unilever Leeds Factory is seeking a Cell Leader to drive line performance across shifts. You will lead the Cell Team, own Clean, Inspect & Lubrication standards, and manage EHS, Quality and governance forums for the cell.

You will report to the Site R2S Manager and work with two direct reports, focusing on OEE improvements, loss elimination and continuous improvement initiatives in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering discipline or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to interpret process data and drive improvements.
• Strong communication and coaching capabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership on a manufacturing floor.

Responsibilities

• Owns daily, weekly and monthly line workflows and leads the line team.
• Aligns with Cost Deployment and 90-day loss elimination plan.
• Owns the CIL process including deployment, reporting, and CI.
• Manages EHS and Quality processes on the line in collaboration with respective departments.
• Prepares and presents EHS and Quality measures for meetings and reviews.
• Supports other line processes and drives loss elimination through problem solving.
