Job summary

You will collaborate with the Site Leadership Team to identify opportunities, drive projects from concept to implementation, and coach colleagues in Lean and Six Sigma techniques to deliver measurable benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supporting Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• A practical understanding of Lean, Six Sigma or other methodologies.
• Experience delivering projects with measurable business improvements.
• Ability to coach, influence and engage people at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive a culture of Continuous Improvement across the Norwich site.
• Lead improvement projects from idea to implementation with sustained results.
• Coach colleagues in Lean tools and problem-solving methods.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify and deliver performance, productivity and efficiency gains.
• Track and communicate project outcomes and benefits to stakeholders.
