Job summary

Millbrook Healthcare Group in Lincolnshire is recruiting a Service and Repair Ceiling Track Hoist Engineer to join our service centre team. You will install ceiling track hoists, handover equipment to customers at their homes, and carry out removals and repairs in line with our procedures.

You will work Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00 with on-call duties, a competitive salary up to £29,000 depending on experience, and benefits including pension, sick pay and life assurance.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, electronics or engineering is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
• Must hold a full, valid UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Installations – fit ceiling track hoists and handover equipment to customers at home or other sites.
• Removals – collect and return hoists and stair lifts, scanning to the quarantine area when needed.
• Repairs – perform scheduled repairs or arrange replacements per procedures.
• Maintain van stock levels and scan spare parts to the correct job number.
• Surveying – conduct joint visit surveys with Occupational Therapists.
