Job summary

Millbrook Healthcare is hiring for a field-based technician role responsible for installing ceiling track hoists, handling removals, and performing repairs at customers’ homes. You will also audit stock, scan parts, and work closely with Occupational Therapists on joint surveys.

Applicants should have excellent communication skills and hold a full, valid UK driving licence. The position includes an attractive benefits package and standard Monday–Friday hours with on-call duties.

• A full, valid UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Install ceiling track hoists and handover of community equipment to service users at their homes or other locations.
• Perform removals and ensure equipment is scanned back to the service centre.
• Carry out repairs or arrange replacements following Millbrook procedures.
• Maintain van stock levels and ensure spare parts are scanned to the correct job number.
• Conduct joint visit surveys with Occupational Therapists.
