Job summary

Bioworld International, based in the UK and Europe, is seeking a Territory Manager – CEE to drive sales across Central and Eastern Europe, focusing on licensed apparel and accessories. You will manage existing accounts, win new business with European retailers, and translate market opportunities into tangible growth, reporting to the Head of European Sales.

Fluent Polish and English are essential, with a proven track record selling to European retailers and experience in licensed products.

Qualifications

Fluency in Polish and English with excellent written and verbal skills.
Proven sales experience with European retailers.

Responsibilities

Drive sales growth across the territory by meeting turnover and margin targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with retail buyers and key decision-makers.
Win new business and reactivate dormant accounts.
Grow existing accounts by expanding product ranges and partnerships.
Develop a clear territory strategy across CEE and translate insights into actions.
Present products and opportunities to retailers, aligned with market trends and customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Design, Trade Marketing, Finance and Licensing) to deliver solutions.
Share market feedback, competitor activity and opportunities for licensed products.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and account information.
Support market requirements by translating sales/marketing materials for local markets.
Ensure product certification and supply-chain documentation compliance.
