Job summary

Arqiva Group is seeking a Site Manager (CDM) to lead and deliver major capital projects across the UK. The role requires oversight of CDM compliance, safety, and environmental considerations on site, coordinating civils, M&E, RF, and mast works. Flexibility for travel to Winchester is expected.

The successful candidate will manage RAMS, lead pre-start meetings, and provide site progress updates to senior stakeholders, maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering CDM projects with emphasis on safety and environmetal requirements.
• Experience reviewing RAMS and safe systems of work.
• Ability to manage multiple disciplines on site and report to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe running of projects under CDM and HSE procedures.
• Manage multiple disciplines on site including civils, M&E, RF, mast works.
• Review RAMS and ensure work is undertaken accordingly.
• Chair pre-start meetings and issue Authority to Proceed.
• Drive site works to tight schedules and report progress.
