DS Smith Packaging in Devizes seeks an experienced Project Site Manager to lead a 12-month CDM project on site. You will coordinate contractor activities, ensure safety compliance and provide essential site support throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience applying CDM regulations to construction projects.
• Ability to review RAMS and Construction Phase Plans.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
• Contractor management experience is essential.
• Proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Permit Management: issue and close permits to contractors.
• RAMS review and approval or rejection.
• Oversee deliveries, materials, vehicles, skips and machinery.
• CDM management and daily progress updates.
• Deliver site inductions and maintain site safety.
• Vehicle checks and handling of chemicals and flammables.
• Conduct toolbox talks and investigations into incidents.
