Job summary

DM Safety & Health Services is seeking a Health & Safety / CDM Advisor for the Midlands region to provide HSE support across multiple housebuilding projects. You will conduct site inspections and advise site management to maintain compliance.

Ideal candidates have UK housebuilding experience, NEBOSH General/Construction certification, and a full UK driving licence; availability to start immediately is preferred.

Qualifications

• UK-based construction / housebuilding experience.
• Experience working across multiple clients and projects.
• Principal Designer experience or understanding of PD duties under CDM 2015 (desirable).
• Available immediately.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Conducting site inspections and support visits.
• Providing technical and HSE support to site management teams.
• Undertaking targeted monthly checks.
• Attending monthly client and internal meetings.
• Supporting clients with additional services when required.
• Finding practical solutions to site issues.
• Building trust and strong working relationships with site teams.
• Investigating incidents and accidents.
• Carrying out external Principal Contractor / Client inspections.
• Delivering in-house training for operatives and management teams.
