Job summary

Waterman Group is seeking a motivated graduate or experienced project administrator to join the Construction Health & Safety team. You will provide technical and administrative support to deliver Principal Designer CDM/BR, CDM Services, Building Safety Act and general construction safety services across a wide range of projects.

The role offers training and mentoring across CDM 2015, Building Safety Act 2022, and Health & Safety File preparation, with a clear development path towards a Technical

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
• Knowledge of Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 and Building Safety Act 2022.
• Experience with document control systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with PD CDM/BR project documentation.
• Support risk trackers, registers and Pre-Construction Information.
• Help compile Health & Safety Files and project reports.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas and minutes.
• Maintain project databases and document control.
