Job summary

Qualifications

• Professional qualifications and membership of a recognised construction related organisation
• Validated Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in Health and Safety (e.g. NEBOSH Construction Certificate)
• Knowledge of CDM Regulations (2015) and Nuclear Site Licence requirements
• Demonstrable, transferable skills in CDM, Safety and Construction

Responsibilities

• Ensure CDM compliance and provide expert advice to design and construction teams
• Deliver training to wider design teams on CDM regulations
• Support Principal Designer responsibilities within the Joint Design Office
