Anglian Water's @one Alliance is seeking a CDM Advisor to lead on CDM compliance for Water Recycling projects in the Peterborough region. You will own CDM processes, monitor design-team compliance, and continuously improve CDM procedures with subject matter experts and SHEA Systems Manager.

You will develop training packages, collaborate with CDMPs across AW Delivery Routes, and promote a culture of safety, learning, and continuous improvement within a bold AMP8 agenda.

Qualificações

• A qualification in engineering or health and safety.
• NEBOSH Construction Certificate (desired).
• Experience of working in a multi discipline design team and of the application of H&S principals in design.
• Good understanding of the operational and maintenance requirements of water industry assets (desired).
• Understanding of construction processes and procedures (desired).
• Membership of an appropriate engineering or health and safety institution.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Problem solving capabilities, flexibility and commitment.
• Good IT skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office 365.

We're the @one Alliance - a ground-breaking collaboration between Anglian Water and seven industry-leading partners: Balfour Beatty, Barhale, Binnies, MMB, MWH Treatment, Skanska and SWECO. Together, we deliver over half of Anglian Water's capital investment programme.

Working in AMP8, our most ambitious period yet, we'll be delivering an even broader range of innovative and environmentally-driven infrastructure projects - from urban drainage to nature-based solutions like constructed wetlands.

To ensure we can outperform against the Anglian Water business plan, we have a fantastic opportunity for a CDM Advisor to join us and lead on our Water Recycling projects across the region responsible for the delivery of a capital investment programme.

What will you be doing as our new CDM Advisor?

You'll be required to ensure full compliance with relevant health and safety legislation associated with the delivery of capital works, specifically the requirements of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations.

In addition to this you will own the Alliance CDM processes and procedures and monitor compliance within the design teams. You will have to periodically review and revise CDM processes and procedures with subject matter experts and SHEA Systems Manager.

Consultation and collaborative working with client CDM Practitioners will be required as well as the continuous improvement review of CDM policy procedures and documentation.
