Job summary

Skilled Careers seeks a meticulous Document Controller for the Manchester Office to manage live project documentation within a CDE. You will build workflows, configure permissions, and extract audit trails, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple schemes.

Experience with Trimble Viewpoint / 4Projects is highly desirable, or strong experience with other CDE platforms. You will support QS, Estimating and Contract teams and help with archiving and handover processes.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on Document Controller experience in construction/engineering.
• Strong proficiency in CDE platforms and workflow configuration.
• Ability to extract and analyse audit trails and activity logs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain automated document review workflows in CDEs.
• Access and analyse system logs and audit trails to track status and dates.
• Create and maintain drawing registers for live schemes and distribute updates.
• Support tender docs, PQQ submissions and project registers across teams.
