Job summary

Harvey Nash Group in London seeks an experienced CDD Design SME (VP) to join the bank's Second Line of Defence and strengthen the Financial Crime control environment.

You will provide SME expertise across the end-to-end CDD lifecycle, design and optimize risk-based controls, and work with Compliance, Technology and Business teams on complex transformation programmes.

Qualifications

• Strong CDD/KYC and Financial Crime experience within banking or financial services.
• Proven experience in CDD control design, optimization and transformation - beyond BAU/operational CDD.
• Strong knowledge of UK and international AML/Financial Crime regulations and risk-based controls.
• Experience with requirements gathering target-state design and technology-enabled controls.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
