Mettle is seeking a Customer Due Diligence Analyst, Onboarding in Manchester. You will support Boxed banking-as-a-service processes, conduct robust account reviews, and assess customers to ensure regulatory and risk compliance.

• Experience in customer due diligence or related field (AML, KYC, KYB).
• Curious and analytical mindset with a risk-based approach to workload.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilités

• Review new account applications to ensure alignment with risk appetite and decline if required.
• Identify and mitigate economic crime risks; escalate as needed.
• Ensure compliance with NatWest Boxed policies and processes.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance effectiveness and scale.
• Review KYC/KYB checks and data to prevent fraud.
• Review PEPs/Sanctions hits and escalate true matches as needed.
• Investigate application fraud using internal/external data sources.
• Communicate with customers within SLAs, maintaining a supportive tone.
