Ward Security is seeking an experienced Controller to join our London site near London Bridge. You will monitor CCTV, coordinate incidents and support security operations with on-site officers and external partners.

This role demands calm under pressure, sharp observation and clear communication. Based at our London location, the Controller will manage access controls, alarm monitoring and incident escalation, while contributing to continuous improvement of procedures and safeguarding staff and

Formación

• Valid SIA CCTV Licence and SIA Security Licence are required.
• First Aid and Fire Marshal qualifications are required.
• Experience in a security control room or Controller role is preferred.
• Proficient with CCTV, radio, access control software and monitoring systems.
• Strong IT skills: Windows, SharePoint, Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Excellent observation, communication, reporting and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage and identify suspicious activity.
• Manage access control systems and investigate alarms.
• Coordinate incident responses with on-site officers and external partners.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident records and CCTV audits.
• Support emergency arrangements and evacuations per site procedures.
• Contribute to SOP reviews and risk assessments.
• Deliver a professional, confidential service and uphold data protection standards.
