Zusammenfassung

Office Angels is seeking a dedicated CCTV/Duty Controller to support London’s key transportation network in Blackwall, Greater London. You will monitor the network, respond to incidents, and manage tunnel CCTV, closures, and incident reporting.

The role includes on-site reception duties and log maintenance, with a 40-hour week and included benefits. We offer a pension, 24 days annual leave, private health care, parking at the depot, and 6–8 weeks of on-the-job training.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Monitor the network to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Oversee the Tunnel CCTV system and detect hazards or debris.
• Manage tunnel closure procedures and prepare detailed reports.
• Record incidents and liaise with Emergency Services as needed.
• Maintain on-site reception duties and handle deliveries.
• Update vehicle allocation logs and maintain key holding.
