Job summary

BardWood Support Services is seeking a CCTV operator in Northampton to join our security team. This full-time role requires you to monitor premises, respond to incidents, manage evidence, and ensure system maintenance and compliance.

The ideal candidate holds an SIA CCTV license, has prior experience, and can demonstrate a 5-year checkable work history. The position is full-time with weekend flexibility and offers company benefits upon transfer.

• Previous experience in CCTV/operator work.
• A 5-year checkable work/career history is required.
• Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
• Must be physically fit to undertake tasks.

About the role

Title - CCTV operator

Annual salary- £30,000

Location - Northampton

Shift Timings - Full time, must be fully flexible and able to work weekends
