CCTV Operative

Location: Cotswold Designer Outlet, Tewkesbury, England, United Kingdom

Pay Rate: £14.10 per hour

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off - 12 hour shifts, 42 hours per week

Role Overview and Purpose

This role is the public face of the Security Team. A professional, can-do attitude is essential to provide exemplary security and customer service to clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with visitors/tenants, delivering first-class customer service
• Conduct regular patrols and proactively assist visitors
• Maintain a safe environment and manage incidents according to site policies
• Liaise with the control room and report unsecure areas and incidents
• Monitor for unauthorized access and suspicious behavior
• Record incidents accurately and respond promptly to security issues
• Complete training and be flexible to cover additional shifts if needed

Required Skills and Experience

• SIA Door Supervisor and CCTV licenses are essential
