FM Conway's Water and Drainage Management division is seeking an experienced CCTV Rig Leader to join our team. You will lead a two-person crew, operate advanced CCTV surveying equipment, and deliver high-quality surveys and reports for drainage networks.

You will oversee daily operations, identify defects, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently while maintaining records and communicating with clients and supervisors.

Qualifications

• CSCS Card, OS19 Certificate and full UK driving licence required.
• Strong CCTV drainage surveying knowledge and reporting.
• Additional qualifications such as First Aid, Confined Space, NADC or WRC Sewer Condition are beneficial.

At FM Conway, our CCTV Rig Leaders play a vital role in protecting communities and keeping the UK's essential infrastructure running safely and efficiently. We're looking for an experienced and motivated CCTV Rig Leader to join our growing Water and Drainage Management team. Leading a two-person crew, you'll use state of the art CCTV surveying equipment to investigate drainage networks, identify defects and deliver high-quality surveys and reports. No two days are the same. Whether you're leading CCTV investigations, managing site operations or working closely with our wider operational teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring our drainage services are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with drainage experience who is ready to take the lead, share their knowledge and develop their career with FM Conway.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily CCTV drainage operations, ensuring surveys are completed safely and efficiently.
• Carry out CCTV surveys of drainage networks, identifying defects, blockages and potential issues.
• Analyse survey findings and produce accurate, high-quality reports in line with client requirements.
• Supervise and support your crew, ensuring work is delivered to the required standards.
• Manage site activities, ensuring all health, safety and environmental procedures are followed.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with supervisors, management teams and clients.

We're looking for someone with previous drainage experience who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in delivering a great service and has the confidence to lead and motivate a small team. You'll hold a CSCS Card, OS19 Certificate and a full UK driving licence, alongside a strong understanding of CCTV drainage surveying and reporting. You'll be organised, safety-conscious and comfortable working independently, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
