Carnell seeks an experienced CCTV Rig Manager to lead our survey operations across the UK highway network. You will operate our bespoke CCTV survey rig, capture drainage data, and ensure projects are delivered safely and to high quality standards.

You will work with supervisors, GPS operatives, and clients, taking ownership of survey quality, equipment maintenance, and day-to-day performance while prioritising safety and customer service. nationwide travel is required.

Qualifications

• Prior highways or drainage surveying experience.
• Valid CSCS Operative Card and full UK driving licence.
• Proficient English communication, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel nationwide as required.

Responsabilités

• Operate and manage CCTV survey equipment and Wincan software.
• Conduct drainage condition, inventory, and mapping surveys.
• Ensure Right First Time delivery and quality control on projects.
• Manage CCTV rig maintenance and report defects.
• Support project mobilisation, close-downs, and changeovers.
• Liaise with clients and maintain strong working relationships.
• Lead safe working practices and ensure site procedures compliance.
• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support day and night shift operations as required.
