At FM Conway, our CCTV Drainage Operatives play a vital role in protecting communities and keeping the UK's essential infrastructure running safely and efficiently. We're looking for a motivated CCTV Drainage Operative to join our growing Water and Drainage Management team. Working as part of a skilled and supportive two-person crew, you'll use state-of-the-art CCTV surveying equipment to investigate drainage networks, identify potential issues and help keep essential infrastructure operating as it should. No two days are the same. Whether you're carrying out CCTV surveys, investigating drainage issues or supporting our wider operational teams, you'll finish each shift knowing your work has helped make a genuine difference. Whether you already have experience within the drainage industry or you're looking to start a new and rewarding career, we'll provide the training and ongoing support you need to develop your skills and succeed. The working hours for this role will be 6pm to 4am.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in delivering a great service and thrives as part of a close-knit team. You'll hold a CSCS Blue or Green Card and a full manual UK driving licence, with a strong commitment to health and safety and a positive, reliable attitude. Previous drainage experience is beneficial, but it isn't essential. If you're willing to learn and bring the right mindset, we'll provide the training and support you need to build a successful career with FM Conway.
