Qualifications

• Must hold a valid SIA CCTV & Front Line Licence.
• Willing to work Monday–Sunday including days and nights.
• Experience in surveillance or security is advantageous.
• Ability to monitor multiple CCTV screens and document incidents clearly.

Responsibilities

• Constantly monitor CCTV footage across multiple screens to identify suspicious activity.
• Record and document security incidents accurately for future reference.
• Conduct regular checks on surveillance equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Respond promptly to alarms or alerts, assessing situations and escalating as necessary.
• Assist with loss prevention by observing and deterring theft or vandalism.
• Provide first aid assistance when required, following established protocols.
• Maintain detailed logs of daily surveillance activities and incidents.
• Collaborate with security team members and other staff to uphold safety standards.

Responsibilities and duties

• Constantly monitor CCTV footage across multiple screens to identify suspicious or unusual activity
• Record and document security incidents accurately for future reference
• Conduct regular checks on surveillance equipment to ensure optimal functionality

Experience

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to respond calmly under pressure.
