SISS Station Systems Technician - Level 4 (On-site, London, United Kingdom)

Join our Engineering Team at Telent, where you'll be empowered to innovate and drive solutions, working alongside technical experts committed to making an impact. Be part of a high-performing team handling complex, critical infrastructure tasks.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, the successful candidate will carry out planned preventative maintenance and assist with reactive repairs on CCTV, CIS, PA, and SISS (Station Information and Security Systems). The role involves working permanent nights from Sunday to Thursday, 10 pm to 6 am, at our Pirin Court Depot near Canning Town.

Responsibilities:

• Assist qualified technicians in fault rectification on CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens
• Perform planned, remedial, and corrective maintenance tasks
• Maintain SISS assets and report/fix station communication faults
• Utilize field IT equipment for real-time maintenance data
• Coordinate with Telent Service Centre for task updates and completion

Candidate Profile:

This entry-level role is ideal for hands-on individuals who enjoy multi-tasking and learning. Experience in a similar role or knowledge of Network Rail health & safety procedures is advantageous.
