Job summary

Technical Resources seeks a Security Service Engineer (Service Technician) in Northampton. You will service, maintain and fault-find on electronic security systems across commercial sites, ensuring ongoing operation and compliance.

This role supports client sites in the region for an established security systems specialist. You should have at least 3 years in a similar role, experience servicing CCTV, access control and intruder alarms, and ideally hold ECS or CSCS cards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience servicing security systems
• Experience with CCTV, access control and intruder alarm maintenance
• ECS or CSCS Card preferred

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain CCTV, access control and intruder alarm systems
• Carry out fault finding and repairs across installed security systems
• Complete service reports and maintenance documentation accurately
• Deliver a high standard of customer service while on site visits
