Job summary

North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a full-time CBT Therapist to cover maternity leave within the Stoke on Trent NHS Talking Therapy Service. You will formulate, implement and evaluate CBT programmes for clients with depression and anxiety, and maintain caseloads with regular supervision.

The role requires a Post-Graduate Diploma in CBT from an accredited provider and experience in treating common mental health problems; Talking Therapies experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Qualified CBT therapist with a Post-Graduate Diploma in CBT from an accredited provider.
• Experience of treating common mental health problems; NHS Talking Therapies experience desirable.
• Ability to formulate, implement and evaluate therapy programmes.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, implement and evaluate therapy programmes for depression and anxiety.
• Adhere to agreed activity relating to client contacts and weekly clinical sessions.
• Attend regular clinical supervision and caseload management.
