Job Opportunity: Qualified High-Intensity CBT Therapist

An exciting new opportunity has opened for a Qualified High-Intensity CBT Therapist to join a dynamic talking therapy private team to work face-to-face. The behavioural therapist will be able to start as soon as possible, working full-time hours each week for 3 months initially.

Role Overview

As a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) in the service, you will play a vital role in providing evidence-based therapy to individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns. Applicants must have completed LTC training, BABCP accreditation, and have some previous IAPT experience.

Requirements

• A postgraduate diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
• Full BABCP accreditation
• Completed LTC training
• Extensive mental health experience
• Ability to develop good therapeutic relationships with clients
• Comfortable providing 1:1 or group consultation (face-to-face and via telephone)
• An IAPT supervision course is ideal but not essential
• Empathetic and understanding nature
