Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Cognitive Behaviour Therapist to join our existing team. The successful candidate will hold a clinical caseload, providing assessment and treatment to patients experiencing common mental health problems, and support a small team of therapists in delivering the service. Responsibilities include:

1. Adhering to service referral protocols, and under supervision, signposting unsuitable referrals to the relevant service as necessary.
2. Carrying out case management supervision, supporting clinicians to deliver treatment in line with KPIs, including session numbers and staff utilization.
3. Supporting mental health duty cover, addressing general queries, conducting clinical report checks, and escalating risks as needed.
4. Participating in clinical audits for the team and providing feedback for case management improvements.
