Responsibilities

• Co-ordinating the day to day running of the service
• Providing leadership and guidance in delivering a clinically effective service in adherence to national and trust policy
• Lead on initiatives to effect improvements in the area
• Take ownership of a staffing group, completing appraisals and monitoring development
• Providing support to new and existing staff
• Contribute to creating and maintaining local policies in area
