Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced professional to assist in the day-to-day management of the Cardiac Cath Labs. The role focuses on coordinating the cath labs, recovery space and day case area, while supporting staff and meeting service demands.

The Cath Labs perform angioplasty, complex device insertions and expanding electrophysiology services. Join a growing team and help drive safety, high standards and staff development across the unit.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cath Labs and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership and staff mentoring capabilities.
• Excellent communication with staff and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinating the day to day running of the service.
• Providing leadership and guidance in delivering a clinically effective service in adherence to national and trust policy.
• Lead on initiatives to effect improvements in the area.
• Take ownership of a staffing group, completing appraisals and monitoring development.
• Providing support to new and existing staff.
• Contribute to creating and maintaining local policies in area.
