Job summary

Caterlink is hiring a mobile Chef to cover Hampshire from Basingstoke to Portsmouth, supporting our site-based teams. This term-time only role has no weekends and requires your own transport to travel between locations.

The position offers 37.5 hours per week, at £16.00 per hour plus mileage, with 38 weeks per year. You will help manage inventories and budgets while maintaining high food safety and service standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• To prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client.
• To ensure that all Food Safety and Health and Safety procedures are followed and all mandatory paperwork is completed accurately and with integrity.
• To ensure that the company’s reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with the client and customers and expectations are consistently exceeded.
• To support with the day-to-day running of the location including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans.

Job Description

We are hiring for a Chef to provide cover in the area of Hampshire covering from Basingstoke to Portsmouth to support our existing site-based teams. This role is working term-time only and no weekends so is great for those looking for flexibility.

This role will be a mobile-based role so you will therefore need to have your own transport.

The role:

• £16.00per hour + mileage
• 37.5hours per week working Monday – Friday
• Term-time only – working 38weeks per year

Your key responsibilities will include:

• To prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client
