Compass Group UK&I is recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor for Universities in Canterbury. The role is full time, 40 hours per week, with 5 days out of 7 on shift. You will oversee kitchens and service counters, delivering exceptional food experiences and customer service.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of catering experience, team management skills, and a Basic Food Hygiene certificate. Compass offers a comprehensive benefits package and career development opportunities.

• Minimum of two years of catering experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ambitious and motivated with a willingness to upskill.

Responsabilités

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervising culinary and catering teams to deliver great food and service.
• Communicating with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Liaising between customers and teams to exceed expectations.
• Supporting and training teams to excel in their roles.
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards across teams.
