Restaurant Associates is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor in Birmingham to oversee all catering and service operations for Restaurant Associates on a full-time basis (35 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to deliver impeccable food and service.
• Communicate with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
• Liaise between customers and culinary/service teams to exceed expectations.
• Support and train teams, leading from the front to enable excellence.
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards across teams.
