Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Catering Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing a busy kitchen that serves over 300 meals per day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team in a high-paced kitchen environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and hygiene procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety, holding Food Hygiene Level 2 & 3 certifications.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure efficient meal preparation and service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a busy kitchen.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Food Hygiene Level 2 & 3 certifications.
  • Ability to work 6.5 hours per day, 32.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM).
