Job Title: Catering Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team at HPFT NHS, Kingsley Green, Harper Lane, Radlett, Hertfordshire, England, WD7 9HQ. This is a full-time, permanent position with the following details:

• Hours: 37.5 hours per week
• Pay: £13.34 per hour

Responsibilities:

1. Liaising with the kitchen staff
2. Opening and closing of the business
3. Stock control and management
4. Front of house and bar ordering
5. Being the face of our catering brand at the customer site
6. Performing duties such as cash collection and banking as required

Requirements:

• Flexibility to work at multiple outlets onsite
• High standards and attention to detail
• Hardworking, energetic, and confident
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Previous catering experience in a similar environment
• Supervisory experience
• Good numeracy, literacy, and communication skills
• Food Hygiene and Health and Safety certificates are advantageous but not essential
