Job summary

The College of North West London, part of Taylor Shaw, is seeking a motivated catering supervisor to create a positive dining experience for students through fresh, nutritious meals while supporting the daily running of the operation at our London campus.

You will lead and develop a team, ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety, managing stock and deliveries, and hands-on food preparation to deliver quality meals in a fast-paced environment across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in a catering or education catering environment
• A natural ability to support and motivate others, with a team-first approach
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a fast-paced catering operation
• Good understanding of food hygiene, safety practices and compliance standards
