Job summary

Elior UK’s Taylor Shaw division is seeking a hands-on Catering Supervisor to lead a school catering operation at the College of North West London in London. You’ll manage daily service, train and motivate the team, ensuring meals are fresh, nutritious and served to a high standard.

The role is Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, term-time only, on a fixed-term contract until June 2027. A strong focus on food hygiene, stock control and customer satisfaction will be essential to deliver a

• Experience in catering or education catering environment
• A natural ability to support and motivate others, with a team-first approach
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a fast-paced catering operation
• Good understanding of food hygiene, safety practices and compliance standards
• A proactive, hands-on approach to supporting daily operations

• Create a positive, welcoming dining experience for our students to enjoy, fresh, nutritious meals
• Support the smooth day-to-day running of the catering operation and service
• Guide, encourage and develop your team, helping to deliver a high quality and efficient operation
• Get hands-on with the food preparation, ensuring meals are consistently delivered to a great standard
• Help manage stock, deliveries, and kitchen organisation
• Ensure high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness are maintained
