As a Catering Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading and supporting a dynamic, fast-paced catering team, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of high-quality food and exceptional customer service. You will help create a positive, professional and welcoming environment while supporting the development and performance of your team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting the catering team to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
• Preparing and presenting high-quality food to consistently meet client and customer expectations.
• Ensuring food counters, displays and service areas are attractive, well-presented and fully stocked.
• Delivering a high standard of customer service and acting as a positive ambassador for the Restaurant Associates brand.
• Supporting the team with cash handling, transactions and efficient operation of the till.
• Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
• Ensuring all Health & Safety, Food Safety and company procedures are followed consistently.
• Supporting the training, coaching and development of team members.
• Monitoring standards of service, presentation and performance throughout the shift.
• Helping to manage busy periods effectively while maintaining a calm, professional and positive approach.
• Communicating effectively with both colleagues and management to ensure operational issues are addressed promptly.
