Job summary

CH&CO is seeking a Catering Supervisor to oversee CH&CO operations for Compass Group UK&I on a part-time basis (12 hours/week). The role focuses on delivering exceptional food and world‑class customer service, with responsibilities spanning kitchen and service counters, KPI monitoring, and team leadership.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of catering experience and a valid Basic Food Hygiene certificate, plus strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to deliver impeccable food and customer service.
• Communicate regularly with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Represent CH&CO within Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
• Liaise between customers and culinary/service teams to exceed expectations.
• Support and train teams, leading from the front to enable excellence.
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards across all catering and service teams.

We're recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for CH&CO on a part time basis, contracted to 12 hours per week.

As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and helping to deliver truly incredible food experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards
• Supervising our culinary and catering teams to ensure we continue to deliver impeccable food and customer service
